It will also explain how we get the information and what we use it for. This policy governs all pages hosted at www.oliversarmy.org and registration for this site. We receive your email address and any information you include from the emails you send us. We need the email address and some information so we can reply and provide you with an appropriate service (including responding to requests for information). If we are unable to deal with your enquiry we will ask you for your permission before forwarding your e-mail to another organization that might be able to assist you. The Collection and storage of information When you are on www.oliversarmy.org and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Oliver’s Army staff alone unless otherwise stated. If you complete a form on the website, this might ask for personal details such as your name, email address, address, telephone, mobile and fax numbers. We only ask for the information if we need it, for example to send you information you have requested or send you communications to keep you in touch with the latest news and events. |
