These are the people that have very kindly agreed to become patrons of Olivers Army
Geoff Billington Geoff Billington
Since the retirement of his Sydney Olympic partner 'It’s Otto' Geoff has been bringing on a new string of young horses. Geoff has recently had first and second places in the A & B Grand Prix at Rowallan Activity Centre in Scotland with Pedro VI and Cassabachus.
'I have agreed to be one of the patrons for Olivers Army and I feel very humbled to have been asked. Ollie was a very talented young man who fell in love with showjumping at a very early age, as I once did. I was lucky enough to fulfill my dream. Unfortunately, Ollie didn't get the chance. His life got taken by this terrible disease, and who knows, he could have been a future Olympic champion.'

Ellen, the country’s leading lady rider, has kindly accepted our invitation to become a Patron of Olivers Army.
'Ollie had a tremendous amount of success in the showjumping world on a pony called Get Ready Freddie, who he formed a wonderful relationship with. Freddie previously being my top pony ride, i know exactly what a fiery little character he is, which seemed to suit Ollie perfectly. Even when Ollie became too ill to ride Freddie, they never lost that amazing relationship. That's the memory i have of Ollie, a talented young horseman devastatingly torn from his dream by this terrible disease. I am truly honoured to be a patron for Olivers Army.'
